Hi, my name is Teresa. I have a 7 year old daughter with autism. I also volunteer for the local NAS and run a parent/ carer support group. Sharing experience and coping strategies is enormously helpful, which is why I think Netbuddy is such a good idea. I'm looking forward to picking up some good tips...

  • Infinity mirror

My husband made our son a great infinity mirror following this online tutorial.  Fab sensory item and change out of twenty pounds too!

  • Framehuggers

My daughter needed to wear an eye patch to correct a squint.  We really struggled putting the adhesive patches over her glasses as it made her very distressed.  I ordered some framehuggers made to measure fabric patches to fit around the frame. So much easier for us both and looked better too!

  • Rebounding benefits

Rebounding is a great exercise activity that can be done inside or out.  Read about the benefits and more info
