You agree that you will not submit any IP User Content to Netbuddy which is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, or other intellectual property right, contractual, proprietary or other right owned by a third party without the express permission of the owner of that right. You agree that any User Content or IP User Content which you submit to Netbuddy will not: • infringe or violate someone else’s rights or violate the law; • be threatening, abusive, hateful, libelous, defamatory, invasive of privacy, obscene, harassing, bullying or otherwise objectionable; • contain instruction, information or advice that could cause harm or injury; • be misleading, malicious or discriminatory • result in us having any obligation or liability to any party If anyone brings a claim against Netbuddy related to your actions or IP User Content or User Content on Netbuddy, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages and losses and expenses of any kind, including reasonable legal fees and costs, related to such claim
