Faces of Caring
Faces of Caring Photography Exhibition – a positive perspective on special relationships
The ‘Faces of Caring’ photography exhibition captures the unique bond between parents, professionals, siblings and friends who care for someone with complex needs.
Curated by Netbuddy, the photographs were shot over a 3 month period by photographers all over the UK.
The subjects are people with complex medical needs – everything and anything from Autism and Asperger syndrome to Cerebral Palsy and Downs Syndrome. For some, it’s the first time they’ve ever been photographed.
The end result is some stunning photographs.
Netbuddy Founder Deborah Gundle says, “With 6.5 million people* in the UK caring for someone right now, we hope our ‘Faces of Caring’ exhibition will touch a real chord with people.
She adds, “Caring for someone can be an intimate, unique and really special experience and we hope this photography exhibition will showcase some of these beautiful moments.”
