  • Pool noodle

    To prevent children falling out of bed you can use a pool noodle under the fitted sheet. 

  • Nice lollies

    Ice lollies can get very messy, so slip the stick through a cupcake case to catch drips and keep hands from getting sticky.

  • Day clock

  • The Chain Duvet

    My tip for a good night's sleep is a Chain Duvet, which is made by a Swedish company. Consists of a normal thin duvet on one side with real rust treated chains attached to the duvet on the other side. Both are then sewn into a strong piece of fabric all the way around. Works a treat!

  • Listening ears

    I say "listening ears" to my son (age 4) and touch my ear as I say it. I find he does respond well to that and is attentive.
